Healthy Eating=Healthy Weight Workshop by Holistic Health Coach, Sue Whitney

January 30th, 7-9pm

Cost: $25 (2ppl register together and each will receive a $5 store credit)

Whether you have 10 pounds to lose, are battling obesity, or are somewhere in between, Sue’s foundational approach to natural healing will help you achieve your goal.  IN FACT, even if you feel you are at a good weight, but want to learn a very healthy approach to FOOD and EATING, you will find this very helpful!  Participants will receive a complete outline of foods do’s and don’ts, detox methods, beneficial exercises, basic instructions, and guidelines, as well as recipes and helpful websites.  Any participant who decides to register for a long term weight loss program with Sue, can deduct the cost of this class from the program fee. If the day of the seminar, we are not filled up, those not preregistered may still come but it is $30 at the door.
